For Manning Audiology is a growing audiology business, we always remain at the priority choice of provider for local people and other healthcare professionals. We are now looking for a role of Business Manager who can take the growth to next level while maintaining the market position of our business. You will be working with a team of highly motivated Audiologists and support staff.
As Business manager, you will report to company director and oversee general business in multiple location as well as multiple streams.
Manage Employees with recruitment, establishing & monitoring targets, performance, communication strategies and overall development.
Ensure day-to-day operation of the business while streamlining the workflow
Manage Manning Audiology budget, driving revenue and profitability targets for the entire team. Ensure best practice service delivery of Manning Audiology clinics.
Oversee and lead supplier management including negotiating terms & conditions driving profitability while creating good working relationship with various manufacturers.
Seek opportunities for performance and efficiency improvements specifically through technology usage.
Identify and develop business opportunities to present to the Director, then execute plans.
Focus on exceptional quality and compliance including NPS, service improvements, complaints, policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to execute projects.
Represent Manning Audiology internally and externally from a Public Relations and Marketing perspective.
Preparing marketing plans and executing them effectively both online and offline mediums.
Building a strong liaison with local medical practices and other referral sources.
Monitor revenue generation from both government & private organizations including, medicare, DVA, NSW iCare & Office of Hearing Services. Attending workshops & seminars to benefit the business.
You will be highly motivated, flexible, have excellent communication skills and work in a team environment.
Qualification & Experience:
Certificate in Business Management
Excellence in supervising and managing people and teams.
Computerised medical or clinical software program literacy including cloud based softwares
Understanding of the Local area marketing and online marketing
Fair knowledge in designing & creativity
Good hold on accounting expertise with advanced knowledge to work with Microsoft Excel & Access
Sound knowledge about the financial side of hearing industry
